Viper 6MP Dual Illumination IP CCTV Camera – White

Capture detailed security footage with the Viper 6MP Dual Illumination IP Turret CCTV Camera. Designed for home and business surveillance, this IP camera combines high-resolution imaging, flexible illumination and intelligent analytics to help monitor entrances, driveways, gardens, commercial premises and other important areas.

With a fixed 2.8mm lens and a 104° horizontal field of view, the camera provides wide-area coverage. Its dual illumination system combines infrared night vision with white light illumination, delivering visibility at distances of up to 30 metres in suitable conditions.

6MP High-Resolution Imaging

The 6MP image sensor records video at 3200 × 1800 resolution at up to 20 frames per second, providing detailed footage for security monitoring. The camera also supports 4MP and 2MP resolutions, offering flexibility for different recording and bandwidth requirements.

Image enhancement features include Wide Dynamic Range (WDR), Backlight Compensation (BLC), Highlight Compensation (HLC) and Digital Noise Reduction (DNR) to help maintain clear images in challenging lighting conditions.

Dual Illumination with 30m Night Vision

The Viper camera features both infrared (IR) and white light illumination, each with a range of up to 30 metres. Infrared illumination supports discreet night-time monitoring, while white light illumination provides an alternative for low-light surveillance.

Automatic day/night switching with an IR-cut filter helps the camera adapt to changing light conditions.

Wide-Angle 2.8mm Lens

The fixed 2.8mm lens offers a 104° horizontal, 55° vertical and 128° diagonal field of view, making it suitable for monitoring wider areas such as entrances, hallways, driveways and outdoor spaces.

• Identify: 7m

These distances are indicative and depend on lighting, scene conditions and the size and movement of the subject.

Efficient Video Compression

Support for H.265+, H.265, H.264+ and H.264 video compression helps optimise storage requirements and network bandwidth. MJPEG is also listed as a supported format.

The camera supports three video streams, allowing different stream settings to be used for recording and remote monitoring.

Intelligent Analytics and Remote Monitoring

Built-in intelligent analytics help support security monitoring, while ROI (Region of Interest) coding allows selected areas of the image to receive greater encoding priority.

View compatible live footage remotely using the SuperLive Plus mobile app or NVMS software when used with a compatible Viper NVR. Smartphone monitoring is supported on iOS and Android devices.

The camera supports up to six simultaneous monitoring users, subject to network conditions and system configuration. P2P functionality is optional.

Audio and Local Storage

For audio-enabled surveillance setups, the camera includes a built-in microphone and a one-channel audio input. It also features a Micro SD card slot supporting cards up to 256GB, allowing local storage where supported and configured.

An RJ45 network connection and ONVIF protocol support help with integration into compatible network video recording systems and surveillance software. Compatibility should be confirmed before installation.

PoE Power and IP67 Protection

Power the camera using a compatible 12V DC supply or Power over Ethernet (PoE), simplifying installation when suitable network cabling and PoE equipment are available.
