We will only ship orders with a value of over £50 to the cardholders’ billing address or to a confirmed/verified address.

If payment is received before 2pm, we dispatch all large item orders next day delivery via DHL

(Next day delivery does not include orders on a Friday, weekend or Bank Holidays).

Orders under £50 will be dispatched by Royal Mail. Standard RM 48hr package £4.50

You will receive tracking information via email with a copy of your invoice.

Any goods damage in transit need to be reported within 48hrs of delivery.

All goods should be checked on delivery and if any visible issue noted & signed for as damaged.

Orders placed before 14:00 will be shipped that same day.

Deliveries will only be on working days, unless Saturday delivery is selected.

Next Day Delivery via Courier

Orders placed before 14:00 shipped same day.

Deliveries only on working days

Orders before 14:00 on Friday will be delivered Saturday if Saturday service selected.

You are able to place orders with Saturday Delivery Early on during the week and will receive your items on the coming Saturday

This only applies to UK Mainland

cut off time is 14:00, orders placed after this would be regarded as day after.
